The
detox diet consists of several phases
Phase 1:
Setting the dosage:
set the dosage of IBC 1 (entero-cleaning formula 1)
now. The dosage differs from person to person. The
longer one suffers from constipation and the higher
one’s weight is, the higher the dosage is likely to
be.
The capsules should be taken in the evening with a
glass of water. The dosage is individual, and it can
be determined as follows. Take one capsule on the
first evening after dinner. Take two capsules
on the second day, again in the evening after
dinner, then three capsules on the third day, etc.
Increase the dosage until it has a “decisive” effect
the following morning. The essence of the
effectiveness of the treatment is that one should
evacuate as many times as one has a meal. When one
evacuates three times a day, the individually
desirable dosage is the one taken on the previous
day. This dosage must be taken every evening for
three days in order to find out if this dosage of
capsules is sufficient. If so, the three-day phase
is followed by a liquid diet.
Questions:
Experience has shown that many people become unsure
at this point, since they achieved the required
result (evacuating three times a day), but when they
increased the dosage, their intestinal activity
decreased. Why does this happen, and what should I
do?
First, drink more. Second, consume more raw food
(more on this later). Third, move more. It is also
possible, however, that you have exceeded the
optimal dosage, and the overdosage causes a
convulsion of the bowels. In such cases, decrease
the amount of capsules to a small extent and drink
fennel tea (cumin or anise will also do), which
reduces the convulsion of the bowels.
Some people are not constipated due to an
insufficient intake of fibres or liquids but because
they live under constant stress which causes a
constant convulsion of the bowels in a vegetative
way. Teas made of fennel, cumin or anise can be
helpful.
Altering one’s alimentation habits:
In order for the purgative to work properly, you
should start consuming raw products at the very
beginning of the diet. The ideal proportion of raw
versus cooked (treated) food is 80 to 20. The cooked
food you consume should not be difficult to digest,
either; if possible, consume wholemeal cereals,
slightly treated vegetables, potatoes, etc. Refrain
from the consumption of meat products and animal
products in general. If you wish to take “Superfood”
as a supplement, you may as well start taking it
now. The dosage is 1 to 2 scoopfuls a day. Add one
dose (one scoopful) to a glass of water or freshly
squeezed juice in the morning, and — if needed —
apply the same amount in the evening.

Phase 2:
Now that your intestines have regained their
appropriate peristalsis, you may start the second
phase of your detox diet. Before going into details,
however, we should present some different models.
While some people go on a detox diet due to some
illness, not everybody does. Obviously, this
difference is visible in the practical
implementation, too.
o The short (preventive) full detox diet
o The longer detox diet
o The strict (30 day) diet

a.)
A Short (preventive), full detox diet (see Table 2.)
The liquid diet itself lasts for 10 days. The
detoxication of intestines, kidneys and the liver
runs parallel to the liquid diet. This diet is
intended primarily for those who wish a preventive
maintenance once or twice a year. During this
period, the first five days of the detoxication of
intestines should be accompanied by a simultaneous
detoxication of the kidneys, while the second five
days of the detoxication of the intestines should be
accompanied by a simultaneous detoxication of the
liver. This model can be successfully used in detox
centres, but it can also be carried out at home on
your own. Its effects are not as far-reaching as
those of longer diets, but it provides the general
individual with a thorough detox , while it is
maximally safe.
b.) The longer detox diet
This diet differs from the previous one in that
the detoxication of intestines, kidneys and the
liver are not carried out simultaneously but in a
sequence. This means ten days of intestinal detox,
five days of kidney detox, and five days of liver
detox. The diet, together with the preparation
period and the fast-breaking period, takes about a
month. It yields a significantly more thorough
detoxication, since you fast for twenty days. The
continual use of “Superfood” is recommended while
fasting. The longer period of fasting will ensure
more far-reaching effects as the short diet
described above. Its disadvantage is that not all
can afford to spend the time needed on it. This
longer diet is chiefly recommended for those who are
aware of how their bodies work and react.

c.) The 30-day strict diet (see Table 3.)
This diet is, so to speak, compulsory for
seriously ill people. The diet repeats the
detoxication of the kidneys and the liver three
times during a period of 30 days, in parallel with
the detoxication of the intestines. The detoxication
of the intestines lasts for 10 days. IBC 1 should be
used throughout the diet, then for about 4 to 7 days
following the diet. As opposed to traditional diets,
it is worth using various herbal supplements during
the detoxication of the kidneys and the liver. For
example, it is advisable to use an echinacea
tincture during the five-day period of kidney detox,
while Detox drops are useful during the period of
liver detox. These will increase the effectiveness
of the diet.
It must be emphasized that this diet is only
recommended under the supervision of an experienced
dieter, a non-medical practitioner or a physician.
The loss of proteins during the diet must be
constantly compensated for by taking Superfood or
another food supplement containing plant proteins.
Your great effort will not be in vain. For many
patients who suffered from a serious disease, this
diet was the decisive step on their way to recovery.

Nutrition and liquid diet:
on starting Phase 2, switch from the consumption of
raw food to the consumption of freshly squeezed
juices.
Drink 3 litres (or 4 litres, if you weigh more than
70 kgs) of freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit
juice a day. Consume them strictly freshly squeezed.
Needless to say, you may prepare a full day’s
dosage, or even several days’ dosage, in advance,
but make sure that the juice is stored hermetically
and cooled right after squeezing (the enzymes in the
juice start to decompose once they get into contact
with oxygen). Vegetable and fruit juices may be
stored for 1 to 2 days and 2 to 3 days,
respectively.
Most people prefer fruits juices to vegetable
juices. We recommend, therefore, that you should
consume fruit juice in the morning and in the
afternoon, but vegetable juice at noon and in the
evening, though it naturally depends on your
individual taste. Though the active agents (enzymes,
vitamins, minerals, etc.) are not the same in
vegetable versus fruit juices, the difference is
immaterial, since 3 to 4 litres of freshly squeezed
juice contains more agents than necessary. It is
essential, though, that you should use organic
products if possible. Using fresh produce is
desirable.
Intestinal detox:
Go on taking the capsules (IBC 1) according to the
set dosage during the period of the diet. If, after
the diet, possibly after the liver detox, you feel
that the dosage set at the beginning of the diet is
excessive (it has an over-purging effect or causes
convulsion), you may decrease the dosage by one
capsule a day until the undesired effects cease.
Compared to the previous phase, taking a
purifying (detox) powder constitutes an innovation.
Take one teaspoonful of the powder (IBC 2) 5 to 6
times a day, dissolving it in a glass of water. The
powder contains some agents which dilate quickly in
water, so it is important that you should take the
mixture as soon as possible. The powder removes all
types of contamination, forming the backbone of the
detox diet without which the diet cannot be
optimally successful.
Kidney detox:
Depending on your type of diet, start the
kidney detox treatment simultaneously with
intestinal detoxication or after it (see tables 2
and 3). If you are on a 30-day strict diet, start
the kidney detox treatment together with the
intestinal detox process, which will be followed by
liver detox. Repeat this process twice during the
30-day diet period.
Table 5: Kidney detox step by step
|
Step 1 |
3 dl of clean water (distilled or cleaned)
before meals |
|
Step 2 |
Prepare the kidney-rinsing solution for the
morning
- the juice of 2 lemons
- 0.5 to 1.0 litre of distilled water
(1 litre over 70 kgs of body weight)
- a pinch of chilli pepper (or the
strongest available cherry pepper)
- sweeten with some maple syrup
according to taste |
|
Step 3 |
Take 30 to 60 drops of echinacea tincture.
Repeat 2 to 4 times a day. |
|
Step 4
15
minutes after taking the rinsing solution |
Drink two cups of kidney tea (1 spoonful
of tea /0.5 litre of water, boiled, leave
covered for 10 minutes, then drink it sip by
sip)
Add 30 to 60 drops of kidney tincture to each
cup of tea.
3 times 2 cups of tea and 3 times 30 to 60 drops
of kidney tincture a day. |
|
Step 5 |
Superfood in 2 to 3 dl of fruit or vegetable
juice. |
|
Step 6 |
Drink the first juice in one to one and a half
hours’ time. |
During the diet, do not, under any circumstances,
consume
- alcohol,
- sparkling soft drinks, including sparkling
mineral water,
- black tea or coffee,
- other herbal teas unless explicitly
prescribed,
- dairy products,
- mineral extracts,
- while an abundant amount of distilled or
cleaned (reversed osmosis) water is recommended.
Liver detox:
Liver detox always follows kidney detox immediately.
Liver detox is the most essential component of the
detox diet, which detoxicates the blood. Only now
that the other secretory organs (bowels and kidneys)
function well is it worth starting to detoxicate the
liver. The detoxication of the liver is to a great
extent dependant on the proper functioning of the
kidneys and the bowels.
Table 6: Liver detox step by step
|
Step 1 |
3 dl of clean water (distilled or cleaned)
before meals |
|
Step 2 |
-- 0.25 l of freshly squeezed citrus juice
(lemon, orange, grapefruit, etc.)
- 0.25 l of distilled water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 spoonful of olive oil (extra
virgin)
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (2 to 3
cm),against nausea
Mix and drink the above ingredients.
Increase the dose of garlic and olive oil by one
per day (2 cloves of garlic and 2 spoonfuls of
olive oil on the second day, 3 cloves etc. on
the third, ...)
You can increase the dose of ginger if you feel
nauseated. |
|
Step 3 |
Take 30 drops of detox tincture. Repeat 2 to 4
times a day. |
|
Step 4
15
minutes after taking the rinsing solution |
Drink two cups of liver tea (1 spoonful
of tea /0.5 litre of water, boiled, leave
covered for 10 minutes, then drink it sip by
sip)
Add 30 to 60 drops of liver tincture to each cup
of tea.
3 times 2 cups of tea and 3 times 30 to 60 drops
of liver tincture a day. |
|
Step 5 |
Superfood in 2 to 3 dl of fruit or vegetable
juice. |
|
Step 6 |
Drink the first juice in one to one and a half
hours’ time. |
Phase 3:
Ingredients:
Probiotics (Protexin, Normaflor, Lacto7, etc.),
probiotic liquids (Kanne Brottrunk, Japanese water
crystals, other liquids rich in lacto-bacteria of a
similar type) Yoghurt and kefir, recommended widely,
should only be consumed within certain limits. Dairy
products are not recommended for several reasons,
especially to seriously ill persons.
Dosage of Probiotics: Use the maximal dosage
given in the instructions (or even a double amount
if needed) for the first three days. Then take the
normal dose for at least 10 to 14 days. It is useful
to take the dosage for a longer period.
We recommend taking IBC 1. You may, of course, quit
taking it if you observe that you do not even need
the minimum amount. Practice has shown, though, that
many people need a maintenance of peristaltic
activity during the period of switching to solid
food.
Diet:
While breaking the fast, the intestinal flora must
be rebuild and restored, which is a gradual process.
During the diet, a part of the intestinal flora has
been destroyed in proportion to the decreased amount
of solid food consumed. Lest you be frightened, it
must be emphasized that this is precisely one of the
essential components of the diet: besides the useful
part of the intestinal flora, most harmful bacteria
are also destroyed. The harmful part of the
intestinal flora constantly produces toxic material
which damage cells and overburden the immune system.
If you act in the appropriate way while breaking the
fast, you may restore your intestinal flora,
preserving the dominance of healthy
“lacto-bacteria”.
The restoration of the intestinal flora is a gradual
process, taking place in proportion to the amount of
solid food one consumes. During this period,
therefore, it is essential that you observe some
rules, otherwise the damage you may cause to
yourself may well exceed what you might suspect.
-
Learn how to chew properly
-
Consume fruits, then raw vegetables, too —
appropriately cleaned
-
After
that, you may consume light, steamed/stewed dishes
-
Consume
“heavier” types of food once the fast-breaking
period has been completed.
During the third, “fast-breaking”, period, you must
still not consume alcohol, coffee, black tea,
sparkling drinks, meat and rich food.
After breaking the fast, try to set the proportion
of raw versus cooked food to 50:50. The enzymes,
vitamins, minerals and trace elements that our body
needs are only provided by raw food, especially
organic food.
When you have completed the diet, you may switch
from the mixed diet to a vegetarian one.
